A database is held on the Auxiliary Processor
Card. This stores a set number of patterns that match partial
or complete destination numbers and can also match the
user ID's.
For each pattern and each destination , the
database can store up to four alternative routes, together
with barring information and for each route, the database
stores an outgoing hunt group or line number to use for
the call.
When the heat is on, they need to act immediately
and make their connections instantly - with no mistakes. |
