Recording Data
By combining time and multimedia data within an extremely
efficient, high performance stream management architecture,
recording data becomes a standard format for our product
range. Acquisition components provide specialist
interfaces to many different types of multi-media devices
with data
converted to SYMPHONY™ format and streamed in real-time
to the Instant Recall components.
Telephony Recording
AudioNet™ uses industry-standard voice processing
hardware and can be configured with any combination of
interface types
within a single chassis. Covering line or extension side
recording and with VoIP, TDM and Analogue technologies within
one chassis, clients can search and locate conversations
quickly and efficiently. These can be replayed at the users
desk, emailed to colleagues and saved to DVD, DAT, RAID5
etc for long term archive.
Screen Recording
Screen Recording
support is provided using the Reflection™ agent
and server component of SYMPHONY™. Screen recording
can be tied into various activity such as keyboard or telephone
use so that recording only occurs during a phone call etc.
Reflection™ presents the same control interface as
all other data acquisition components, which means that it
can be integrated with our range of CTI connectors. Reflection™ also
allows the recording of workstations with multiple screens.
CCTV Recording
CCTV Recording employes the InVision™ server component.
Advanced image processing features, allow sophisticated
control of the recording process including multi-zone motion
detection, external trigger and integration with other
SYMPHONY™ components. InVision™ includes
support for installations with a mixture of IP and analogue
CCTV
cameras.
